EDUCATIONAL OUTREACH

The National Technology Transfer effort works to partner with schools, universities, institutions, and associations to advance an understanding of the coal mining process, associated impacts, and opportunities to return the lands to an improved post-mining landscape with minimal impact or adverse risk to the environment. This website provides downloadable materials and online classroom resources for coal mining and reclamation education, as well as list educational publications available on request. This site also provides direct links to our academic and research partners.
