GITA’s Annual Conference and Exhibition is the most highly regarded educational event for geospatial professionals.
This prestigious event featured an exciting technical program, including in-depth seminars, educational sessions, user forums, panel deliberations, and networking socials.
This year's conference theme—Mission Possible— reflected the idea that each attendee’s path at the conference will lead to them to information and networking to assist in fulfilling missions that are indeed possible.
GITA is a nonprofit educational association serving the global geospatial community. The mission of GITA is to provide excellence in education, information exchange and applied research on the use and benefits of geospatial information and technology in business, utility and government applications worldwide. Annual Conference 30 provided & showcased better ways to plan, design, manage, and maintain geospatial systems and operations.

Topics Covered
Discussion topics involve geographic information systems (GIS), information technology (IT), mobile and field computing, supervisory control and data acquisition (SCADA), network operations management, work management systems, enterprise application integration, critical infrastructure protection, one-call issues, interoperability, and other related technologies.

Attendees
Anyone who is interested in using geospatial information technologies is invited to attend. Past participants have included executives and managers in government agencies; the public sector; and other organizations interested in using geospatial information to enhance their bottom line.
