Groundwater Festival

Background

An annual Children’s Festival sponsored by the Children’s Groundwater Festival Steering Committee, a subcommittee of the Washington County Watershed Alliance.  This year’s festival was had an attendance of approximately 800 sixth grade students participating.  Activities this year included “Water World” and a presentation by Don Stump, a Hydrologist with OSM’s Appalachian Region in Pittsburgh.
